Key Responsibilities: * Development of new recipes and culinary concepts. * Adaptation of products to industrial processes. * Standardization of formulations, portion sizes, and methods. * Sensory validation and product testing. * Participation in presentations, showrooms, and client co-development. * Collaboration with production, development, and commercial departments. * Support in cost analysis and product optimization. * Technical documentation and production instructions. Required Profile: * Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Engineering, or related field. * Experience in food product development. * Knowledge of industrial food processing. * Focus on innovation, trends, and sensory experience. * Ability to structure and scale recipes. * Ability to work collaboratively and results-oriented.
