**Purchasing Agent** **Position Objective:** Guide and finalize the vehicle acquisition process with our customers, either at a center or remotely, once mechanical and legal purchase approval has been obtained. **Requirements:** ● Required age: 21 to 32 years old ● Minimum education: Completed high school or incomplete bachelor's degree ● Availability: Full-time **Required Skills and Knowledge** ● Proficiency in computer tools (100% general computer operation) ● Basic Excel knowledge ● Excellent spelling and writing skills ● Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team ● Skill in effectively handling objections ● Results-oriented mindset and proactive attitude ● Outstanding customer service skills ● Prior experience in the automotive sector is desirable (but not mandatory) **Main Responsibilities** **●** Serve 100% of customers visiting centers for inspection ● Ensure delivery of 100% of final offers within a maximum timeframe of 4 hours ● Generate quotations on the Seler Center platform. ● Nurture customer relationships by providing timely information and resolving inquiries. ● Conduct timely follow-up with customers whose inspections have been approved. ● Evaluate documentation to verify compliance with purchase criteria. ● Ensure contract signing and correct issuance of the auto-invoice. ● Close the purchasing process efficiently and clearly. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9 AM \- 6 PM **Work Location: Av Adolfo López Mateos Nte 1133\-Basement 3, Italia Providencia, 44648 Guadalajara, Jalisco.** **We Offer:** ● Monthly gross base salary: $12,653 MXN ● Variable compensation plan: Monthly performance-based bonus tied to individual performance and objective achievement, based on purchase volume Food vouchers worth $1,056 per month ● Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements.
