




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. * Experience as an administrative assistant and/or process administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serving internal and external customers. * Reviewing contracts, sales processes, onboarding procedures, and providing administrative support to distributors under the supervision of Management. * Coordinating service forms and delivering them to the relevant department. * Submitting requests to the appropriate department. * Reviewing documentation. * Archiving distributor output.
