The main objective will be meeting volume, cost, and quality standards by providing technical support across all three shifts, contributing to a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement. ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, or Technical Processes. * **Experience:** In production, preferably in mass consumer goods. * No issues with work location * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM * Availability to cover shifts if required **Technical knowledge in:** * Quality control systems * Injection processes (thin wall, thick wall, and blow molding) * Inventory control * Engineering software and Office suite * Statistical process control * Continuous improvement ### **Responsibilities:** * Verify machine parameters and make necessary adjustments. * Perform pre-operational BPM checks in the IML area. * Assemble and disassemble EOAT and supply labels. * Report and document failures and solutions with evidence. * Assist in startups, adjustments, and process control. * Record activities in logs and track molds and maintenance. * Ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards. ### **We offer:** * Benefits according to labor law * Job stability * Growth opportunities **Apply through this channel.
