**Job Opening: Senior Analyst – Reporting Center COE** ------------------------------------------------------ **Location:** Mexico (Remote or Hybrid, depending on availability) **Department:** Data \& Analytics / Business Intelligence **Reports to:** Reporting COE Lead ### **Role Summary** As a Senior Analyst in the Reporting Center of Excellence (COE), you will lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise reporting solutions that support strategic decision\-making across the organization. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business insight, and cross\-functional collaboration. You will be a key contributor to scalable, accurate, and actionable reporting initiatives. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Reporting Strategy \& Development (60%)** * Lead the end\-to\-end development of advanced dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks). * Translate business objectives into data\-driven reporting solutions. * Architect and optimize data models and reporting layers for performance and scalability. * Drive automation using tools like Power Automate and workflow orchestration systems. * Implement best practices for data governance, documentation, and report lifecycle management. **Mentorship \& Technical Leadership (20%)** * Mentor junior analysts and support their technical growth. * Review and validate code, queries, and dashboards to ensure consistency and quality. * Lead knowledge\-sharing sessions and contribute to the COE’s technical standards and innovation roadmap. **Report Maintenance \& Optimization (20%)** * Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing reporting assets. * Identify and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks. * Ensure adherence to SLAs and support change management processes. ### **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Expertise in SQL, Power BI, DAX, and Python (or R). * Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks). * Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes. * Proven ability to lead complex reporting projects and collaborate across teams. * Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. * Experience with process automation tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps). * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. ### **Education \& Experience** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * **Experience:** 4–6 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful reporting solutions.
