Comprehensive plant management with a focus on efficiency and results. **Alambrados Mexicanos seeks a Plant Manager in Zapopan, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------- A leading Mexican company in its sector, dedicated to the production of metal mesh and other steel products, located in the El Mante neighborhood, invites you to join its team for the position of: **PLANT MANAGER** **Required Profile:** 5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial positions in metallurgical, metal-mechanical, or plastic manufacturing plants. Industrial Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination, supervision, production management, or related roles in manufacturing companies Experience leading teams of 50\-80 people Ability to perform financial and operational planning; strong organizational skills and high-level leadership. Knowledge of manufacturing and quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Yellow, Green, Black Belt) Knowledge of NOM product certification management Proficiency in CRM.
