In this role, you will oversee a team of Data Analysts, shape organizational analytics frameworks, and deliver insights that inform broader product directions and ecosystem strategies. You will work extensively with data technologies, analytics, and visualization, engaging cross\-functional teams to enable impactful, data\-driven decision\-making. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate extensively with design, game development, and product management leadership to identify business opportunities and define analytics strategies * Partner proactively with engineering and data platform leads to scope and design sophisticated data capture systems aligned with organizational priorities * Develop and refine advanced data models, production frameworks, reports, and business insights to support scalability and decision\-making * Continuously evaluate and enhance metrics to align with organizational and ecosystem\-level objectives and strategy * Architect and monitor sophisticated experiments with cross\-functional teams to validate actionable product and process improvements * Support, guide, and provide development opportunities for an analytics team, focusing on organizational alignment and professional growth **Requirements** * 8\+ years of experience in analytics or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in live service video games and broader industry knowledge * 3\+ years of experience leading and mentoring analytics teams, ensuring alignment with organizational frameworks and goals * Deep product sense and an advanced data\-driven approach capable of influencing product strategies and ecosystem decisions * Experience coordinating with technical teams on advanced data instrumentation and implementing data governance at scale * Proficiency in developing complex, highly optimized SQL for large\-scale data environments * Advanced proficiency in Python for analytics development, with experience in deploying scalable solutions * Expertise in operational frameworks such as code version control (e.g., GitHub) or orchestration platforms (e.g., Apache Airflow) * Strong understanding of experimental design principles and optimization strategies for large\-scale A/B testing * Practical experience applying advanced analytical methods to strategic decision\-making * Native\-level fluency in English **Nice to have** * Extensive experience with distributed computing tools like PySpark or Scala * Mastery of analytics and visualization platforms, such as Databricks and Salesforce Tableau * Proficiency in PySpark for processing large\-scale distributed datasets * Advanced knowledge of GitHub workflows for enterprise\-level version control and collaboration * Experience managing end\-to\-end analytics workflows, including ETL pipelines, data application development, and communication of complex results
