




Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality, Food Safety, and New Product Development Manager to lead quality control and assurance in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages quality control from raw materials to finished products. 2. Ensures implementation of quality and food safety management systems. 3. Develops and monitors quality assurance for the company. WE ARE SEEKING A QUALITY, FOOD SAFETY, AND NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (NEAR CENTRO SUR) We are a company with over 30 years of experience in the food industry, specializing in products such as grains, seeds, cereals, chiles, and spices. Throughout this time, we have earned the acceptance and preference of our consumers. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Quality analysis and control of raw materials, supplier management, and production area. · Quality control and preservation of stored products. · Generation of quality reports for internal and external users. · Follow-up on execution of internal and external audits. · Ensure development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance. REQUIREMENTS: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Business Administration, Food Engineering, or related field. · Conversational English and reading proficiency. · Flexible working hours. KNOWLEDGE: · Raw material receipt and quality control. · Implementation of quality and food safety management systems, HACCP, etc. · Application of statistical process control.
