Join the market leader in countertop solutions! **We Offer:** * **Monthly gross salary of 14,000 MXN** * Statutory benefits * Transportation via multiple routes **(PERI NORTE\- PERI SUR)** * Cafeteria * Savings fund **Job Objective:** Support the Maintenance Manager in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and facility management (building, parking areas, cafeteria, offices, and the plant overall). **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering studies (incomplete or completed) * Proficiency in Office software suite; intermediate Excel skills; MP knowledge (desirable) * (Written English comprehension desirable) * Strong communication skills * **Essential knowledge** of sensor types, variable frequency drives, load centers, contactors, Nordson equipment, thermo-pneumatic switches, and control panels. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive maintenance conducted via the MP control system. * CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE (responding to and resolving failures reported within the facilities, which may be **electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, or control-related**). * FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS (rectifying deteriorated installations to prevent damage caused by improper use and/or wear). * FACILITY MAINTENANCE (any activity related to the building.
