Job Description At MARBLOCK, a company dedicated to marketing construction finishing materials (marble, granite, quartz, quartzite, among others), we are looking for our next HR Manager: a strategic, organized, and results-oriented individual who will lead talent management and strengthen HR department processes. The purpose of this position is to manage and develop the organization's human capital, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, optimizing HR processes, and aligning the team with the company’s growth objectives. Main Responsibilities Lead recruitment, selection, and hiring processes, ensuring the onboarding of talent aligned with business needs. Administer and supervise personnel management (hiring, terminations, transfers, personnel files, incidents, vacations, and leave requests). Oversee payroll calculation and accurate processing, as well as compliance with labor obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and relevant authorities. Implement training and development programs, identifying staff’s learning and development needs. Design and coordinate performance evaluations focused on continuous improvement. Manage labor relations, fostering a positive work environment and addressing labor conflicts. Drive organizational culture and workplace climate initiatives. Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, recruitment) to support decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in leadership roles. Experience in recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, and labor relations. Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation. Experience managing HR metrics and improving HR processes. Proficiency in Excel. Experience with HR management systems or ERP systems is desirable.
