Professional development **Job Objective** Design, implement, and lead the company’s human capital strategies, ensuring talent attraction, development, and retention, as well as compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. **Responsibilities** * Plan and execute recruitment and selection strategies. * Develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures. * Manage payroll processes, attendance incidents, and personnel administration. * Supervise performance evaluations and development plans. * Foster organizational culture and workplace climate. * Coordinate training and onboarding programs. * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. * Manage labor relations and conflict resolution. * Monitor and track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), payroll, and HR processes. * Leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Professional development * Excellent work environment Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
