Suntory Global Spirits is a place where you can come Unleash your Spirit by making an impact each and every day. **What makes this a great opportunity?** Effectively administer material records in accordance with SOTS procedures.**Role Responsibilities** Timely and effectively create accessories materials in the SAP system. * Receive and safely store invoices entering the warehouse. * Sign off on the quantity of received accessories materials. * Register in the supplier evaluation system. * Support physical inventory execution and reconciliation. * Support preparation of reports on materials consumed in production lines. * Support destruction activities. * Attend required work meetings. * Responsible for any issues arising in the material management system. * Participate in resolving and preventing material safety issues. * Perform all job-related activities as directed by supervisor. * Support tracking of payments to supplier invoices. * Report issues that may arise in the tequila safety administration system. * Report material shortages to Purchasing for inventory purposes. * Verify pending orders awaiting delivery. * Report order status and material availability for packaging to Packaging. * Comply with BASC management system requirements. * Support inventory of stock in the accessories warehouse. **Qualifications** **Education:** Completed High School **Knowledge and Skills:** Warehouse operations **Experience:** 1 year in similar positions While relocation, immigration, and/or tax compliance support are not guaranteed, we may offer assistance to successful candidates depending on factors such as role requirements in accordance with company guidelines.
