Responsibilities: \- Travel to visit customers and suppliers \- Manage administrative staff \- Negotiate and close deals with customers and suppliers \- Execute internal projects \- Understand job descriptions for all positions within the company \- Monitor compliance status of legal requirements and address applicable requirements at the relevant institution. \- Supervise implementation of the Occupational Safety and Risk Prevention Plan in accordance with established requirements. \- Track administrative staff workloads and assign daily tasks \- Establish metrics, goals, and performance analysis across all organizational levels \- Process, monitor, and follow up on government-related procedures, licenses, renewals, and permits for the company \- Develop strategies to reduce the company's operational costs.
