REQUIREMENTS: Primary education Minimum 6 months of experience ACTIVITIES Inspect the area refrigerator and cold storage unit to verify inventory levels. Inspect the cutting area to confirm proper presentation and temperature of cuts. Monitor production of the Peruvian cylinder. Grill cuts as requested by servers. Submit inventory results to the Grill Supervisor. Perform area cleaning. Record and submit photographic evidence of the shrinkage log to the Corporate Chef of Vakas, documenting shrinkage of the Peruvian cylinder (from raw to cooked). Salary: $11,970.00 - $14,016.04 per month Work Location: On-site employment
