Position Summary: We are seeking a Strategic Associate Operations Manager with strong execution capabilities to ensure optimal daily operations and adherence to quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily operations and ensure quality and service standards. 2. Coordinate and develop the operational team. 3. Demonstrate active leadership and maintain a floor presence with a focus on customer service. We are looking for a **Strategic Associate Operations Manager** with strong execution capabilities to ensure optimal daily operational performance and compliance with quality and productivity standards. **Your mission will be:** Supervise daily operations Ensure quality, service, and timeliness standards Coordinate and develop the operational team Manage inventory, shrinkage, and costs Guarantee an exceptional experience for our customers **Ideal Profile:** Previous restaurant experience (supervisory, assistant management, or management roles) Active leadership and floor presence Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills Experience managing KPIs (sales, average ticket, turnover, costs) Flexible availability **We Offer:** Base salary of $12,000 per month \+ $4,000 in variable bonuses based on sales and goal achievement Plus 20% of profits!
