As a **Mold Technician** *We are located at the Technology Park (La Venta del Astillero)* **Job Objective:** Maintain molds in proper operational condition according to plans established by the Mold Shop Supervisor, as well as fabricate components either per design specifications or based on field measurements. **Main Responsibilities:** · Perform preventive maintenance on molds according to the schedule established by the Mold Shop Supervisor. · Perform proper corrective maintenance, repair, or improvement of molds. · Deliver molds to production and receive them back, verifying their good condition. · Fabricate required components or tooling for equipment, molds, or as needed by the process. · Record spare parts used during repairs and services. · Comply with procedures and good work practices. · Complete daily activity logs and various departmental forms. · Fulfill work orders issued by production or any other operational department. **Working Hours:** Rotating shifts monthly Morning shift: Monday–Saturday, 6:00–14:00 hrs Afternoon shift: Monday–Saturday, 14:00–21:00 hrs Night shift: Monday–Friday, 21:00–6:00 hrs **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings fund contribution of 7.5% and vacation bonus of 35%, effective starting the 3rd month. * Grocery vouchers. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Monthly bonus up to 11 days’ base salary, contingent upon plant and department performance. * Annual attendance bonus. * Birthday leave. * Uniforms. * Employee transportation (North and South Perimeter routes). * Weekly payroll.
