




RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service, Supervision of Manufacturing Practices, Supervision of Dishes According to Recipes, Management of Petty Cash, Staff Supervision, Kitchen Control and Organization (FIFO, Waste Tracking, Expiration Dates), Order Preparation (Supplements and Supplies), Proper Handling of Documentation and Funds, Order Receiving, Inventory Control, Bank Deposits, Timely Submission of Documentation, Authorization of Leave Requests and Vacations, and Timely Submission of Supporting Documents. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Experience in Customer Service, Personnel Management Skills, Computer Literacy, Leadership Abilities, Service-Oriented Attitude, Empathy, Responsiveness, Problem-Solving Skills, Courtesy, Friendliness, Teamwork, Honesty, and Proactiveness. SCHEDULE: Monday–Saturday, 9:00–17:00 hrs.
