




**Seeking Top Talent for: Inventory Manager** **Position Overview:** Manage the logistical process of inventory control across Vitalmex warehouses—including supplies, accessories, equipment, instruments, and consigned items with clients—and guide staff in correctly applying inventory management methods and techniques to ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory levels, mitigate risks, and guarantee sufficient supplies for company operations through sound storage practices across all service areas. 1. Conduct analytical reviews, physical and documentary verifications, as well as cyclical and annual physical inventory counts at hospitals, distribution centers (CEDIS), manufacturing plants, and any other stock storage locations, in accordance with the master calendar, to mitigate inventory risks and ensure the existence and safeguarding of supplies, equipment, instruments, accessories, and client consignments—fully complying with inventory counting procedures and policies. 2. Document physical inventory results in inventory reports to ensure timely and accurate information. 3. Analyze, report, and reconcile identified inventory discrepancies with the aim of developing strategies that support continuous improvement of the process through working meetings. 4. Analyze the monthly report of pending transactions from the Operations area (Technicians, Supervisors, and Managers) to quantify incidents and ensure inventory accuracy, thereby providing reliable and timely information for decision-making. 5. Analyze and validate inventory incidents reported by the Control Desk, and gather evidence supporting clarifications to ensure adherence to predetermined inventory levels. 6. Close stock inventories (every 24 hours or every 20 business days for consigned items), based on information provided by the Operations area, to ensure accurate data facilitating decision-making and supply flow. 7. Track action plans agreed upon during inventory gap meetings, and analyze and update databases for departmental KPIs to drive continuous improvement of activities and processes, and achieve inventory objectives. 8. Monitor materials nearing expiration—except for consigned products, which remain the supplier’s responsibility—in coordination with relevant departments, to remove them and ensure service quality. 9. Report and follow up on poor storage practices to ensure efficient inventory operations and compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations. 10. Coordinate with involved departments to close transactions in the SAP system prior to inventory counts. 11. Provide guidance and reinforce processes (Reverse Logistics, Good Storage Practices, Consignment Material Receipt, Stock Management). 12. Analyze and validate inventory incidents reported by the Control Desk, and gather evidence supporting clarifications to ensure adherence to predetermined inventory levels. 13. Participate in hospital service closure processes, contributing to full removal of inventories and assets. 14. Support implementation of inventory control projects in hospitals, including staff training on recordkeeping. 15.
