We are looking for a motivated **Administration and Sales Manager**, with experience in key finance and administration areas, who is highly collaborative and possesses strong accounting and administrative process skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating administrative, financial, and operational activities, ensuring achievement of established objectives and process efficiency, while consistently fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage the company’s administration and finance processes. * Administer and coordinate the payroll department, ensuring compliance with labor and tax obligations. * Prepare and submit tax filings (VAT, Income Tax, and others) and reports to the relevant authorities, independently completing the entire process. * Perform electronic invoicing and sales control, ensuring accurate issuance and recording of invoices. * Reconcile bank accounts, manage collections, and independently and accurately track financial transactions. * Manage treasury operations, including cash flow planning and control, as well as relations with banking institutions. * Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, providing analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. * Promote a work environment where all team members can contribute ideas and make decisions, encouraging collaboration and mutual respect. * Support accounting data entry and recordkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and organization of financial information. * Coordinate with the team to optimize processes and improve workflow in administration and finance. **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. * Minimum **three years of proven experience** in similar roles, independently and responsibly performing: * Electronic invoicing * Tax filings (VAT, Income Tax, informational returns) * Bank reconciliations * Collections processes * Treasury management and cash flow control * Comprehensive knowledge of administration, payroll, sales, and finance. * Proficiency in financial and management software. * Leadership, organizational, and time-management skills, with a collaborative focus. * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. * Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to work collaboratively, supporting and promoting shared decision-making. **We offer:** * A dynamic work environment where collaboration and respect are fundamental. * Opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company. * Competitive salary ranging from $23,000 to $25,000 per month, to be determined during the interview. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on-site). * Employment type: Full-time.
