




**Join our team!** GRUPO ELÉCTRICO ACONCAGUA, a solid and growing company dedicated to precast concrete manufacturing and electrical materials sales, is seeking an Administrative Logistics Assistant to join its operations team, providing key support in monitoring and tracking shipments, deliveries, and administrative processes within the logistics area. **Job Objective** Provide administrative support to the logistics department by controlling, recording, and tracking documentation related to shipments, transportation, deliveries, and material movements, ensuring adherence to timelines, internal procedures, and established guidelines. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Prepare and enter dispatch orders, delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents. * Conduct administrative follow-up on shipments, deliveries, and transportation routes. * Control and archive logistics documentation (waybills, delivery receipts, logs). * Assist in scheduling shipments and coordinating with carriers. * Record delivery incidents (delays, damages, returns). * Comply with established procedures under ISO 9001 and internal policies. * Provide general administrative support to the logistics and warehouse departments. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum **1 year** of administrative experience focused on logistics, warehousing, or transportation (experience in manufacturing companies preferred). **Job Conditions** * Schedule: Afternoon shift * Benefits: Statutory benefits \+ profit sharing * Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience * Opportunity for professional development within the logistics area Interested candidates please apply with attached CV
