Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Assistant Manager for Dollarcity, responsible for overseeing operational processes on the sales floor and leading the team to ensure an optimal customer experience. We are known for our stores, where we deliver a unique shopping experience with a wide variety of high-quality products at excellent prices. Currently, we operate over 700 stores across the region and continue expanding rapidly (\+100 new stores annually). Last year, we entered Guadalajara and have already opened \+10 stores in less than a year (with many more to come!) As Store Assistant Manager: You will serve as the second-in-command, responsible for ensuring proper execution of sales-floor processes, including: cashier operations, inventory management, replenishment, cleaning, internal and external customer service, human resource management, and other administrative responsibilities.
