We have an opening in **Valle de los Molinos** Valle de Zapopan 1107, Valle de los Molinos, 45200 Zapopan, Jal. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure the branch’s daily operations run correctly. * Guarantee high standards of service, quality, and hygiene. * Monitor and track sales, costs, and productivity. * Implement strategies to improve results and customer experience **Requirements:** * Minimum **6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, branch supervision, or branch management.** * Results- and customer-service-oriented mindset. * Ability to solve problems and make operational decisions. * Flexible availability for work hours. **We Offer:** Monthly salary of $12,000 \+ $4,000 in variable performance and sales achievement bonuses. Plus 20% of profits! The branch is already established; we seek someone with an entrepreneurial mindset to optimize processes, increase profitability, and participate in growth.
