Junior Accounting Analyst **Location:** Av. Patria and Av. Cruz del Sur, Guadalajara, Jalisco **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Weekly salary:** $3,500 – $4,000 Job Mission Support the recording and analysis of financial information, ensuring proper application of accounting and tax processes using digital tools that guarantee accuracy and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities * Entry and recording of accounting transactions in **CONTPAQi**. * Preparation of financial reports and bank reconciliations. * Support in calculating federal and state taxes. * Use of **Excel** for databases and financial analysis. * Management of **SUA** and payroll processes. * Registration and deregistration with **IMSS** via IDSE and SUA. * Monitoring of payment reports in **SIPARE**. * Support in invoicing and tracking accounts receivable and payable. * Filing and control of accounting documentation. Required Profile * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduated or final-year student). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position. * **Knowledge:** * CONTPAQi, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE * Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel) * **Skills:** Organization, tax calculations, attention to detail.
