Scope of the Position: Plan, deliver, and implement training activities aimed at developing skills and competencies for newly hired operational staff, as well as providing technical knowledge required to perform productive tasks—reducing the learning curve and strengthening position-specific actions and activities. Job Responsibilities: **Human Resources Management** * Ensure the onboarding process for newly hired staff, both to the company and to their specific positions. * Ensure the development of newly hired staff in both technical and personal competencies, enabling excellent job performance and future growth opportunities. * Disseminate organizational values and philosophy to foster a sense of belonging among our human capital, thereby creating a healthy work environment and retaining our employees. * Establish and define training timelines with newly hired staff and with operations, audit, and Human Resources supervisors. * Deliver module contents timely and accurately, adhering strictly to the training plan. * Document and record all progress achieved by each employee—including trainings, inductions, productivity, and attendance—in the Onboarding Follow-up Kardex. * Provide full accompaniment to newly hired staff during their first four weeks or until they achieve target productivity levels. * After completing the above, conduct weekly follow-ups monitoring productivity and addressing staff concerns until they exceed three months of tenure. * Evaluate staff performance during the three probationary periods jointly with the department supervisor. * Coordinate with the Audit and Asset Security Department to deliver processes ensuring compliance with operational policies, as well as enforcement of organizational safety and hygiene standards. * Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to deliver activities supporting the development of a sense of belonging, compensation factors, benefits, and other entitlements offered by the company. * Facilitate integration of newly hired staff from their first day through completion of their training process. * Provide necessary physical resources (utility knife, pen, markers), assign WMS user accounts, assign lockers, and assign hydraulic pallet jacks.
