At **UNE University**, an educational institution with over 30 years of history, we seek to welcome a **Curriculum Designer** to our academic team — someone with an innovative vision, analytical thinking, and a focus on continuous improvement of educational programs. This position will be responsible for **developing, updating, and enhancing curricula, academic programs, and teaching methodologies**, ensuring alignment with educational standards, institutional regulations, and labor market needs. Main Responsibilities: * Design and update academic programs and curricula. * Review curriculum alignment with graduate profiles and educational standards. * Collaborate with faculty members, coordinators, and academic administrators to improve teaching methodologies. * Propose innovative pedagogical strategies and educational resources. * Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented programs. * Prepare curriculum performance reports and improvement proposals. * Monitor emerging educational trends, regulatory updates, and labor market needs. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in **Education, Pedagogy, Curriculum Design, or related field**. * A master’s degree in education-related fields is desirable. * Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum design, educational program development, or academic evaluation. * Knowledge of educational regulations, active teaching methodologies, and academic program evaluation. * Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital educational tools, and Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, administrators, and academic teams. We Offer: * Starting salary: **$15,000 MXN per month**. * Final salary upon completion of 3 months: **$18,500 MXN per month**, based on performance and continued employment. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for professional development within an established educational institution. Work Schedule: **Monday to Friday**, 09:00–18:00 **Occasional Saturdays**, solely for presenting results, approximately **one Saturday per month**.
