We are seeking a professional who wishes to contribute their expertise, continuously learn, and participate in challenging projects. **Your responsibilities** * Model and coordinate detailed design projects in **MEP and/or Structural Engineering**, or Architecture, depending on your specialization. * Apply **BIM Execution Plans** and international standards (ISO 19650). * Prepare steel, concrete, MEP, and general quantity take-offs and volume calculations. * Generate reports, meeting minutes, and requests for information (RFIs). * Manage changes and track updates with suppliers. * Design **templates**, families, scheduling tables, and view organization in Revit. * Model from CAD drawings and generate construction-ready detailed drawings. * Collaborate on project coordination using **Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)** and clash detection reviews. * Participate in site supervision and construction review activities (if applicable). **What we’re looking for** * **Architect or Engineer** specialized in MEP or Structural Engineering. Please specify your primary focus in your application. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in BIM modeling and project coordination. * Knowledge of **MEP discipline modeling** (plumbing, stormwater, electrical, mechanical, specialty systems) or Architecture/Structural Engineering.
