What distinguishes us is a **culture** built on passion, freedom with responsibility, excellence, diversity, and work-life balance—working as a team that trusts, learns, and transforms challenges into opportunities. **About the Position** We are looking for an organized, analytical individual eager to grow professionally and join us as an **Accounting Specialist**. **What You’ll Do in This Role:** * Record and manage accounting journal entries * Manage and monitor accounting and financial activities within our internal CRM * Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations * Perform bank and accounting reconciliations * Manage and track accounts payable and accounts receivable * Support monthly closing processes * Validate invoicing and payment complements * Control and organize accounting and tax documentation * Assist with internal administrative and financial matters * Track payments, suppliers, and basic financial reports * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial order and compliance **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Approximately 2–3 years of experience in accounting roles * Knowledge of basic accounting and tax processes in Mexico * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Experience using an ERP or accounting system * Organized, proactive profile with strong attention to detail * Good communication and follow-up skills * Preferred experience working in technology companies, service firms, or startups **Bonus if you have experience in:** * CFDI reconciliation * Corporate banking platforms * International payment management * Electronic invoicing * Budget control or financial reporting Salary: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Free beverages * Savings fund * Maternity leave exceeding legal requirements * Paternity leave exceeding legal requirements * Company parking * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Meal vouchers Work location: Hybrid remote in 45110, Villa la Cima, Jal.
