Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-based employee**Position Objective** Ensure standardization of processes and activities related to receiving, warehousing, managing, and shipping health-related materials and supplies at the assigned distribution center, thereby guaranteeing inventory accuracy and service levels for customers.**Responsibilities and Activities** Coordinate and ensure proper receipt of goods, verifying compliance with current quality requirements, as well as correct quantities, requested conditions, and proper identification; furthermore, design the warehouse layout (lay-out), validating and facilitating picking and replenishment to fulfill customer orders for health-related materials and supplies. Define activities required to achieve material traceability, enabling detailed tracking of its usage, returns, destruction, distribution, location, etc., serving as an investigative tool for monitoring internal failures and external complaints; likewise, establish guidelines for destroying non-conforming or expired products, based on the type of health-related material or supply involved. Coordinate activities to standardize warehouse operations, ensuring the quality of health-related materials and supplies at all times. Ensure continuous improvement of internal warehouse and distribution center processes. Carry out personnel management-related activities. Experience 4 years in similar roles.
