Responsibilities * Coordinate **recruitment, selection, and onboarding** processes. * Administer **training and development** programs. * Supervise compliance with **labor regulations and social security** requirements. * Manage **payroll and benefits**, in coordination with the accounting department. * Implement strategies for **organizational climate and corporate culture**. * Monitor **performance evaluations** and career development plans. * Effectively address and resolve labor conflicts. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field**. * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of the **Mexican Federal Labor Law and Mexican regulatory framework**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office and payroll systems**. * Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
