Driving business profitability and growth **Finance Manager with Manufacturing Experience** **Location:** Zapopan **Employment Type:** Full-time (100% on-site) **Job Objective** Lead the company's financial strategy to optimize profitability, ensure liquidity, and strengthen financial controls, aligning management with the business's strategic objectives and manufacturing operations. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement short-, medium-, and long-term financial strategies. * Lead financial planning, development, and control of the annual budget. * Supervise the generation, analysis, and interpretation of financial statements for decision-making. * Ensure control over manufacturing costs, variance analysis, and product-level profitability. * Monitor margins, costs, budget variances, and operational efficiency. * Control cash flow, working capital, and corporate liquidity. * Supervise portfolio, credit, and collections management. * Lead monthly closing processes and financial reporting. * Evaluate investment projects and support business strategic decisions. * Coordinate audits, regulatory compliance, and strengthening of internal controls. * Manage relationships with General Management, banking institutions, key customers, and suppliers. * Drive improvements in financial and administrative processes through efficient ERP utilization. **Reporting Structure** * Reports directly to **General Management** * Responsible for the following departments: * Treasury * Credit and Collections * Accounting **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum **6 years of experience in finance management roles** within manufacturing companies. * Solid experience in: * Manufacturing costs * Financial planning and budgeting * Cash flow and working capital * Profitability and margin analysis * Leading cross-functional teams. * Monthly closing processes and reporting to General Management. * Participation in investment evaluation and strategic decision-making. * ERP and financial analysis tools proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience in audits, internal controls, and tax compliance. **We Are Looking For** A strategic financial leader with strong analytical capability and results orientation, capable of transforming financial information into decisions that drive business profitability, liquidity, and growth. **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **MXN $45,000 to $50,000 gross** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * 30-day year-end bonus * Savings fund * Meal vouchers * Medical expense insurance Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: MXN $45,000.00 \- $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discount * Major medical expense insurance * Company phone * Meal vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Manufacturing financial management: 6 years (Mandatory) * Manufacturing cost control and analysis: 6 years (Mandatory) * Leading accounting, cost, or credit and collections functions: 6 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
