Service-oriented attitude and teamwork **Cushman \& Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Zapopan, Jalisco** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- **General Maintenance Assistant** Monthly Gross Salary: **$15,758** / Biweekly Payment Location: Zapopan Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) Saturdays: 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general repairs. Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. Service-oriented attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. Flexibility regarding work schedule. Responsibilities: Support in preventive and corrective maintenance. Basic repairs to facilities. Inspection of equipment and infrastructure. Tracking of maintenance reports.
