Professional growth within an expanding biotechnology company **Job Objective** Drive Repronetix’s commercial growth through prospecting, acquiring, and retaining clients in the veterinary sector, delivering high-value technical and scientific advisory services in assisted reproduction and regenerative medicine. The incumbent of this position serves as a strategic liaison between clients and the scientific team, contributing to positioning Repronetix as the national reference in veterinary biotechnology. **Responsibilities** **Commercial Area and Customer Relations** * Prospect, contact, and acquire new customers: veterinarians, veterinary clinics, veterinary hospitals, breeding farms, cattle ranches, equine facilities, among others. * Provide personalized technical advisory services to current and prospective customers, supported by the laboratory team when required. * Continuously monitor the customer portfolio to ensure satisfaction, resolve inquiries, and promote repeat purchases and loyalty. * Represent Repronetix at commercial campaigns, trade fairs, congresses, livestock exhibitions, and other national veterinary-sector events. * Prepare periodic reports on commercial activity, sales pipeline, and performance against established targets. * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities. * Achieve sales and commercial growth targets set by the company. **Educational and Training Area** * Collaborate in organizing and executing workshops, courses, and seminars for veterinary-sector professionals. * Support field-based technical demonstrations of products and services at clinics and academic events. * Stay updated on scientific, technical, and regulatory advancements specific to the area of specialization to convey reliable information to customers. **Communication and Administration Area** * Collaborate in generating technical, clinical, and educational content for social media, promotional materials, and commercial presentations. * Support administrative, logistical, and inventory control activities as needed. * Actively contribute to teamwork and effective communication across commercial, technical, and laboratory departments. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Any academic background is welcome. Profiles with studies in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Agronomy, or related fields are especially valued, though not mandatory. **Desired Experience** * 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the veterinary, agribusiness, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors. * **Experience interacting with veterinarians, livestock producers, breeding farms, or veterinary clinics will be considered a significant differentiator.** * Knowledge of or affinity for animal reproduction or regenerative medicine is advantageous but not essential. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency with digital tools: CRM, Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and professional social media platforms. * **Ability to understand and clearly and accessibly communicate scientific and technical concepts.** * Familiarity with consultative selling and solution-oriented negotiation techniques. **Availability** * Willingness to travel, perform fieldwork, and work weekends occasionally, according to operational and seasonal needs. **Benefits** Competitive salary plus commission scheme based on sales performance Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Employment modality: On-site, Contractor Opportunity for professional growth within an expanding biotechnology company Scientific, dynamic, and purpose-driven work environment Ongoing training in veterinary assisted reproduction and regenerative medicine Participation in national-level congresses, trade fairs, and industry events Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
