Job Summary: Temporary Physicochemical Analyst to ensure product quality, safety, and authenticity by verifying processes under GMP and the company's SGIA. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with good hygiene and manufacturing practices **Physicochemical Analyst (TEMPORARY)** **Objective:** Perform established physicochemical and bromatological analyses to verify product quality, safety, and authenticity, as well as verify that in-process operations comply with GMP guidelines and the company's SGIA requirements. **We Offer:** * Weekly payment * Savings fund * Grocery assistance * Punctuality bonus * Life insurance * Monthly product allowance * 30-day year-end bonus * 50% vacation premium * Savings box **Requirements:** * 2 years: Physicochemical and bromatological analyses * 2 years: Food processing experience * 2 years: Quality assurance/quality control experience * 2 years: FSSC 22000 system experience * Knowledge of HACCP **Responsibilities:** Verify the production process from raw material to finished product to guarantee its quality and safety. Perform physicochemical analyses on finished products. Verify that personnel comply with good hygiene and manufacturing practices. Approve equipment cleaning and process startup procedures. Report and document deviations, and follow up with immediate supervisor until resolution. Conduct floor inspections and perform required verifications at various control points established under the SGIA. Prepare chemical reagents for analyses specified in the SGIA. Comply with good laboratory practices and good manufacturing practices. Maintain updated electronic reports and physical records as applicable. Support Raw Material and Packaging Material Analysts or Microbiology Analysts during absences. Support Quality and Sanitation Engineers in equipment and/or process area release activities. Complete the daily activity log. Identify and control non-conforming products generated in the plant and inform the immediate supervisor.
