




Job Summary: Perform physicochemical and bromatological analyses to verify product quality, safety, and authenticity, and ensure compliance with GMP in the Food Safety Management System (FSMS). Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive quality and safety verification of the product from raw materials. 2. Conducting physicochemical analyses of finished products. 3. Perform physicochemical analyses of finished products. Verify that personnel comply with good hygiene and manufacturing practices. Approve equipment cleaning and process startup procedures. Report and document deviations, and follow up with immediate supervisor until resolution. Conduct floor inspections and perform required verifications at established control points within the FSMS. Prepare chemical reagents for analyses specified in the FSMS. Adhere to good laboratory practices and good manufacturing practices. Maintain updated electronic reports and physical records as applicable. Support Raw Materials (RM) and Materials & Equipment (ME) or Microbiology Analyst activities during absences. Support Quality and Sanitation Engineer activities for equipment and/or process area release. Complete daily activity logbook. Identify and control non-conforming products generated in the plant, and report to immediate supervisor.
