Quality Inspector Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate the inspection team, plan inspections, verify product and process quality, and support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and assign tasks to the quality inspection team. 2. Plan and schedule product and process inspections. 3. Supervise the preparation of inspection reports and documentation. Technical degree in Quality Systems, Tooling, Metrology, or related field. Technologist degree in Quality Systems, Tooling, Metrology, or related field. * Bachelor's degree (incomplete or completed) in Industrial Engineering, Quality Systems, or related field. * Technical knowledge and/or skills in Quality Systems and Dimensional Metrology: * geometric tolerances, measurement errors, measurement methods, calculation of * tolerances and dimensions Basic knowledge of machines and tools, machining operations, turning, milling, CNC machining, basic geometry * *Coordinate and assign tasks to the inspection team, as well as evaluate team performance and provide feedback.* * *Plan and schedule product and process inspections, ensuring inspections are conducted according to applicable quality standards at TDI.* * *Verify that products and processes comply with quality specifications, and identify and report nonconformities.* * *Supervise the preparation of inspection reports and documentation for production-line items, prototypes, pilot runs, or nonconformity reports, ensuring documentation complies with applicable quality standards and regulations.* * *Collaborate with other departments in investigating root causes of nonconformities and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).* * *Train the inspection team on inspection techniques and quality regulations. 5% 7 Ensure control and disposition of nonconforming products.* * *Support timely and proper integration and retention of finished product files for each manufacturing batch.* **We Offer:** Starting salary: $18,250 monthly Statutory benefits Savings fund: 8% Life insurance Punctuality bonus: 10% Attendance bonus: 10% Food vouchers: $800 monthly Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,250.00 - $21,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
