Quality control and product rotation La Buena Mesa industrial cafeterias is hiring a PURCHASING ASSISTANT for one of its industrial cafeterias. Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday. **Address**: Av Valdepeñas, Lomas de Zapopan, 45130 Zapopan, Jal. **Core Job Responsibilities:** * Inspect cold storage units and warehouse areas to verify on-hand products (quality, quantity, rotation) against inventories conducted by various departments. * Receive purchase requisitions from different departments to prepare quotations and place orders for the Unit. * Conduct area-specific inventories (food items, minor and major equipment, dry storage, etc.). * Submit goods receipt notes to Finance. * Prepare operational purchasing reports by material type per product and/or group. * Place orders with suppliers based on purchase orders in the established format. * Prepare standard and urgent purchase requisitions to ensure menu compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree with administrative focus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in industrial cafeteria operations is mandatory. * Inventory control expertise. * Procurement and raw material quotation experience. * Teamwork skills.
