**LOUVA** is seeking: **CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT** **Position Objective:** Direct, supervise, and coordinate the execution of vertical concrete building projects (towers with more than 20 levels), ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, safety, and applicable regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise field construction activities for high- * complexity projects. * Coordinate site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and operational staff. * Ensure proper execution of concrete structures (deep foundations, special foundations, columns, walls, post-tensioned slabs, etc.). * Review and validate construction schedules, progress reports, and estimates. * Monitor key performance indicators: costs, productivity, physical and financial progress. * Coordinate implementation of industrial safety and quality standards throughout the * project. * Resolve technical and operational issues in coordination with designers, supervisors, and management. * Represent the company before clients, co-responsible parties, authorities, and other involved third parties. * Review and approve extraordinary costs arising during execution. * Coordinate and organize monitoring of changes on site. ***Profile Requirements*** * Academic Background: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree ***Experience:*** * Minimum 7 years of experience in vertical building construction. * Must have served as Superintendent in at least 2 concrete projects exceeding 20 levels. * Proven experience coordinating large multidisciplinary teams and specialized subcontractors. ***Technical Knowledge:*** * Construction processes for vertical buildings: deep foundations, concrete structures, post-tensioning systems. * National construction standards (ACI, AWS, etc.). * Construction scheduling and control (MS Project) * Budgeting and unit costs. * Contract administration and progress billing. ***WE OFFER:*** * Competitive salary according to experience. * Statutory benefits and major medical insurance. * Career development on large-scale projects. * Additional vacation days beyond statutory requirements. **HIRING DETAILS:** * Immediate hiring * Fixed-term project contract SCHEDULE: **MONDAY TO FRIDAY** 9:00AM\-6:00PM **and SATURDAY** 9:00\-1:00PM Work Location: **WITHIN THE GUADALAJARA METROPOLITAN AREA** Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term or project-based Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical insurance * Additional vacation or paid leave Work Location: On-site position
