Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Latam Sales Representative to handle international client support, communication with partners, commercial assistance, and sales analysis. Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco Work Mode: Latam Sales Representative Position Type: Full-time Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales and international client support. Intermediate-to-advanced English is mandatory (ability to negotiate and draft formal emails). Solid Excel skills and proficiency in formal email communication. CRM platform knowledge. Excellent organizational, follow-up, and clear, professional communication skills. Proactive, results-driven profile with a problem-solving focus. Main Responsibilities: * Customer attention and follow-up for Latam clients Personalized follow-up via email, phone call, or WhatsApp Business. Ongoing updates to the customer database and their status. * Communication with international partners Order confirmation and shipment scheduling. Communication of changes or incidents and real-time solution management. * Commercial and administrative support Assistance with quotations, invoicing, and document review. Coordination with the logistics team to track shipments and deliveries. * Sales reporting and analysis Preparation of weekly sales reports and forecasts. Identification of opportunities to improve commercial processes. Proposal of customer-driven improvements. Desired Tools: * Intermediate Excel (tables, filters, basic formulas). * CRM * Languages: English Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, CRM, Communication and persuasion, Commercial acumen, Negotiation, Organization, Customer service, International trade, Systems administration Driver's Licenses: A Willingness to Travel: Yes / Visa / Passport
