Develop and manage commercial opportunities in international logistics services (maritime, air, and land) through active client prospecting, quotation follow-up, and deal closure, contributing to company growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospecting and acquiring new clients (importers and exporters). * Following up on leads and commercial opportunities. * Preparing and sending logistics service quotations (FCL, LCL, air, land). * Conducting basic negotiations with clients according to commercial guidelines. * Coordinating with operational departments to ensure proper service execution. * Post-sales follow-up and customer support. * Updating CRM and preparing commercial reports. * Achieving monthly sales targets. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or logistics (preferred). * Basic knowledge of logistics terminology (Incoterms, FCL, LCL, etc.). * Intermediate English (preferred). **We Offer:** * Base salary based on experience plus commission scheme. * Statutory benefits. * Training in international logistics. * Career growth plan within the commercial department.
