Responsible, organized individual with a service-oriented attitude. **Laundry Supervisor** **Job Objective:** Manage and supervise laundry business operations, ensuring efficient service, proper customer service, and appropriate garment handling, guaranteeing quality and on-time delivery. **Candidate Profile We Seek:** * Minimum **1 year of experience in laundry, dry cleaning, or garment handling**. * Knowledge of **washing, drying, folding, and care processes for various fabric types**. * Experience in **customer service and order management**. * Basic proficiency in **cash handling, collections, and order tracking**. * **Responsible, organized individual with a service-oriented attitude**. * Ability to **coordinate staff activities and maintain order in the work area**. * Flexible schedule and ability to commute to branches (2 branches). * Easy access to Lomas de Zapopan and Providencia. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise garment **receiving, washing, drying, ironing, and delivery processes**. * Attend to customers, receive orders, and resolve inquiries. * Monitor delivery timelines and ensure service quality. * Handle **collections, cash register closing, and order recordkeeping**. * Supervise proper use of **machines, detergents, and cleaning products**. * Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully functional work area. * Coordinate staff as needed. **Key Competencies:** * Responsibility * Organization * Honesty * Customer Service * Teamwork **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary: $12,000.00 * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Uniform * Starting at the third month: * Savings account * Payroll advances Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
