The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of hardware and software, providing timely and efficient daily support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Level 1 and 2 technical support to users * Diagnosis and resolution of failures in computer equipment * Configuration of email accounts and office applications * Resolution of network, Wi\-Fi, and peripheral issues * Execution of preventive maintenance on equipment and software * Basic server monitoring under supervision * Verification of backups * Control and updating of equipment and license inventory * Installation and monitoring of antivirus software * Updating corporate branding (email signatures, Teams, WhatsApp) **Requirements:** * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (incomplete or in progress) * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support * Knowledge of preventive maintenance, Windows, and basic networking * User support skills * Teamwork and strong communication skills **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for growth * Positive work environment Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $13,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
