Customer service and incident management Job Objective Provide operational support for the daily management of the electronic wallet, ensuring proper control, validation, and tracking of movements related to consumption, top-ups, reports, accounts, and customer service, while maintaining quality and efficiency in processes. **DRIVER'S LICENSE IS MANDATORY** Main Responsibilities \- Monitor and validate daily electronic wallet transactions (top-ups, consumption, and cancellations). \- Track operational incidents reported by customers or service stations. \- Review and update user, vehicle, and account records within the platform. \- Prepare operational and control reports (transactions, errors, usage patterns). \- Route and track internal requests (IT, billing, etc.). Verify compliance with established operational procedures. \- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and operational workflows. Required Profile Education: \- Completed high school diploma Experience: \- 1–2 years in operational roles or customer service (preferably in fintech, gas stations, or electronic services). Knowledge: Basic proficiency in systems or digital platforms. Basic Excel skills. Customer service and incident management. Skills: Organized. Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Clear and assertive communication. Teamwork. Responsibility and discretion regarding sensitive information.
