Responsible for ensuring fair, smooth, and entertaining gameplay WE AIM TO TRAIN THE BEST CROUPIERS IN JALISCO You may not know what a croupier is—here’s an explanation: **Croupier** (also known as a dealer) is the person responsible for directing and supervising table games in a casino. Their role is fundamental, as they represent the establishment to customers and ensure that gameplay proceeds fairly, smoothly, and entertainingly. Game Management * **Handling equipment:** Dealing cards, spinning the roulette ball, handling dice or chip trays with skill and precision. * **Applying rules:** Mastering the rules of each game (Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Baccarat, etc.) to ensure both the house and players comply. * **Table control:** Maintaining order and pace of play, ensuring turns are respected. Don’t worry—it may seem complex, but we have an internal school called the ACADEMY where you receive comprehensive training from zero to perform all your duties optimally.
