Customer training on system usage and support **Responsibilities**: * Maintain the configuration designed for the customer * Verify that no files exist outside the customer's configuration * Assemble equipment and pick up goods * Create tickets at the time of providing on-site or remote support * Perform physical maintenance every three months on loaned equipment * Deliver equipment * Install IRC for agreement-based clients and label the identifier * Train customers on how to request support **Requirements**: * Experience in customer service * Completed technical high school diploma * Advanced knowledge of Windows * Knowledge of software and hardware * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license preferred **Conditions**: * Salary: $12,000 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday half-day remote work * Work location: Chapalita Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting from $14,000.00 per month License/Certification: * Driver's license (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
