Dynamic role with diverse HR activities A leading company in its industry is seeking: **Human Resources Assistant:** **REQUIREMENTS:** Marital status: No preference Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Skills and Competencies:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of Nomipaq systems. Prior experience in the HR field. Service-oriented attitude and empathy. **Responsibilities:** Reviewing personnel incidents Monthly reporting (personnel incidents, turnover, absenteeism) Reviewing personnel onboarding and offboarding Knowledge of payroll calculation system (SUA) Knowledge of Fonacot payroll calculation Management and calculation of ISN payments Knowledge of personnel vacation control and filing Administration and control of various personnel forms Administration and control of personnel files and employment contracts Support in personnel recruitment processes and general assistance to the Human Resources department **WE OFFER:** \- Base salary of $14,000 to $15,000 gross per month \- Food vouchers worth $1,425 \- Statutory benefits \- Enhanced benefits \- Savings fund Salary: $14,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
