All *IMPULSO* personnel understand, comprehend, and apply the quality policy, as well as the contents of the Quality Manual and its respective procedures. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant. * Proof of studies in Human Resources or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support for induction and training activities. * Assist in managing administrative processes within the Human Resources department. * Register and update employee information in internal databases. * Disseminate internal announcements and policies. * Collaborate in internal events and team-building activities. **What We Offer:** * Starting salary: MXN $13,000. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday. * Savings fund. * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary. * Paid vacation and statutory vacation premium. * Excellent working environment. **Work Schedule:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday.
