Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to manage incidents, reports, employee onboarding/offboarding, and support recruitment processes, with a service-oriented attitude and empathy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages incidents, reports, and personnel movements. 2. Calculates SUA, Fonacot, and ISN payments. 3. Supports recruitment and HR administration. Leading company in its industry seeks: **HR Assistant:** **REQUIREMENTS:** Marital status: No preference Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Skills and Competencies:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience using Nomipaq payroll system. Prior experience in HR. Service-oriented attitude and empathy. **Responsibilities:** Reviewing personnel incidents Monthly reporting (personnel incidents, turnover, absenteeism) Reviewing personnel onboarding and offboarding Knowledge of SUA payment calculation Knowledge of Fonacot payment calculation ISN payment management and calculation Knowledge of personnel vacation control and filing Administration and control of various personnel forms Administration and control of personnel files and employment contracts Supporting personnel recruitment processes and general HR department activities **WE OFFER:** \- Base salary of $14,000 to $15,000 gross per month \- Food vouchers worth $1,425 \- Statutory benefits \- Enhanced benefits \- Savings fund Salary: $14,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
