Job Summary: Supports the artisanal production of confectionery products, including table chocolate and candied fruits, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the production process. Hygienic food handling and teamwork Artisanal Production Operator (Table Chocolate and Candied Fruits) Job Objective: Support the artisanal production of confectionery products, including table chocolate and candied fruits, by participating in various stages of the production process to ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation. Main Responsibilities: * Participate in the preparation and selection of raw materials (cocoa, sugar, seeds, nuts, spices, etc.). * Assist in the artisanal production process of table chocolate, including roasting, grinding, mixing, molding, and cooling. * Perform candying processes, coating of seeds or nuts, and chocolate layer control. * Monitor time, temperature, and consistency during processes to ensure product quality. * Carry out demolding, drying, sorting, and visual inspection of finished products. * Packaging, labeling, and preparation of products for sale or distribution. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area and with used utensils. Skills and Competencies: * Attention to detail. * Manual dexterity for artisanal processes. * Ability to follow recipes and procedures. * Responsibility in hygienic food handling. * Teamwork.
