Job Summary: Supervise and ensure the proper execution of warehouse operations, guaranteeing efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of warehouse operations and inventory management. 2. Coordination of personnel and monitoring of operational KPIs. 3. Implementation of industrial safety and quality management. OBJECTIVE Supervise and ensure the correct execution of warehouse operations (finished goods), guaranteeing operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as customer satisfaction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop the daily work plan, including receipt, storage, picking, and shipment of products. Ensure proper handling and placement of finished goods according to layout and internal policies. Guarantee physical inventory accuracy versus system (WMS/ERP). Coordinate and supervise operational personnel. **Monitor compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs):** Implement and monitor industrial safety practices. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards. Coordinate internal audits with the customer. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions. Prepare operational reports. Manage and resolve operational incidents. Manage personnel administration, such as timely attendance and vacation records for accurate and timely payroll processing, etc. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. **Experience:** 1–2 years of supervisory experience in operations (preferably in warehousing).
