Together with the rest of the center's team, you will ensure an exceptional experience throughout the business center, becoming a key player in delivering outstanding service. **Main responsibilities:** Be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, managing their office needs by providing professional and friendly service, while creating an exceptional first impression. Serve as the primary resource to assist clients within the center. Ensure all daily service charges are recorded and entered into the billing system. Demonstrate genuine passion for customer service by proactively seeking ways to surprise and delight our clients and guests, consistently exceeding expectations. Contribute to the overall revenue of the center by identifying opportunities and generating additional and cross-sales of IWG products and services. **All you need is:** * Intermediate or advanced English to communicate with clients, suppliers, and corporate staff. * **NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**, but a positive attitude and willingness to grow professionally in customer service and client relations. * Experience in hotel reception, recreational centers, business centers, workspaces, front desks, bank executives, or similar roles may also be considered. * Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and multitask effectively. **YOU CAN RECEIVE:** * Monthly fixed salary of $13,000 to 14,791 gross (range open to negotiation depending on experience and skills). * Ongoing commissions for new contracts (simply by showing the facilities). * Quarterly performance bonuses. * Statutory benefits (social security fully registered at 100% with IMSS and vacation time). * 30 days year-end bonus (Aguinaldo). * Major medical expense insurance after 3 months. * Grocery vouchers of $2,000 per month after 6 months. * Work schedule from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, including break and meal time. * **Workplace:****SPACES Av. de las Américas #1586, Country Club, C.P. 44610 Guadalajara, Jalisco.** * Short- to medium-term professional development within an international company. * Opportunity to build networking with numerous national and international companies and professionals. * Direct hiring by the company with full registration at 100% with IMSS.
